  • I believe that growth is not a linear path. Healing can move forward, backward, sideways, in unexpected directions, and at different intensities and frequencies. Wherever you find yourself on that path, I am here to meet you where you are and support you as you move toward greater self-awareness, confidence, and alignment with who you truly are. I have experience working with clients across the lifespan, from age 3 through age 75. I especially enjoy working with children and adolescents, using Experiential Play Therapy and expressive arts therapy to help young people communicate, process emotions, build insight, and develop healthy ways of coping. I also enjoy working with women who have spent so much of their lives caring for and showing up for others that they have lost touch with themselves. I value helping women reclaim their voice, identity, needs, and sense of self.

I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, grief, trauma, and other life challenges. My approach is primarily person-centered, which means I meet you where you are rather than expecting you to fit into a predetermined path. From there, we may move forward, backward, sideways—or simply pause and notice what is happening. I believe every person's healing journey is unique.

My therapeutic work is grounded in respect for each client's individual identity, culture, sexual orientation, values, beliefs, and lived experience. My personal belief systems do not dictate the direction of therapy. Instead, I support you in exploring what is meaningful to you and in developing a deeper understanding of yourself. Together, we can explore unwanted patterns, roles, relationships, and family dynamics that may no longer serve you, with the goal of helping you make choices and take actions that are aligned with your own values, beliefs, and authentic sense of self.

Depending on your needs and comfort level, I may incorporate body, emotional, mental, and spiritual parts exploration; guided imagery; mindfulness; meditation; energy work; inner-child exploration; and exploration of family-member dynamics. These approaches can provide different pathways for understanding yourself, processing experiences, and working through what may be keeping you stuck.

I believe in having grace for ourselves and for others while also recognizing the importance of accountability. Sometimes healing means offering ourselves compassion; other times, it means taking an honest look at repetitive thought patterns, behaviors, or choices that continue to create outcomes we do not want. I will support you with both compassion and honesty, gently challenging you when it may help you see something from a different perspective.

Most importantly, I want therapy to be a space where you can be genuinely seen, heard, and understood. You do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. We can start exactly where you are and work from there.

I look forward to meeting you. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like to learn more about working together.

  • My master’s is in school counseling from Adams State University, and my bachelor’s is in psychology: pre-counseling from Oklahoma Baptist University. I am a compassionate mental health counselor who works with children, adolescents, and adults ages 3 and up. I have been a counselor since 2017. I believe that every person’s experiences are unique, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

I am EMDR trained and am currently completing training in Experiential Play Therapy and Sandplay Therapy. I enjoy incorporating creative and experiential approaches into counseling, particularly when working with children and clients who may find it difficult to express their thoughts and feelings through words alone.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two kids, taking walks with my dog, reading, and challenging myself with Sudoku. I value connection, creativity, and lifelong learning, both personally and professionally.

Erin Urbanoski

MSW, LCSW

  • Erin Urbanoski, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a decade of experience supporting youth and families in rural communities. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver and her Master of Social Work from Simmons College. Erin has specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), as well as additional training hours focused specifically on utilizing EMDR with children. Her therapeutic approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and individualized to meet each child where they are. Recognizing that children may not always have the words to communicate their experiences, Erin incorporates Experiential Play Therapy and expressive arts as natural methods of expression. Through creativity, play, and a safe therapeutic relationship, she helps children process emotions, develop healthy coping skills, build confidence, and work toward healing and growth.
Erin values collaboration with parents and caregivers and believes meaningful progress occurs when children and families feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

Wanda Noftsker

MMHRC, CRC, PPC

  • Sometimes, the bravest step toward healing is simply having someone walk beside you and say, “You don’t have to figure this out alone.”

I’m Wanda Noftsker, a Mental Health Professional (PPC), a parent, and someone who knows that life can be both beautiful and really hard. Being a parent has given me an even deeper understanding of the joys, worries, questions, and overwhelming moments that can come with caring for others.

My main focus is Experiential Play Therapy. I love helping children and families work through big feelings, challenges, and relationships in a way that feels natural and comfortable for them. Through play, children can express things they may not have the words to say, build confidence, and discover their own strengths.

I also have a strong focus on ADHD. I enjoy helping people understand how their brains work, recognize their strengths, and find practical tools to make everyday life, relationships, emotions, and self-esteem a little easier to navigate.

I also use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which helps people learn how to handle difficult thoughts and feelings without letting them take over. ACT focuses on understanding what matters most to you and taking steps toward the life you want, even when things feel hard.

I have a special passion for supporting women through the different seasons and transitions of life. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, feel accepted, and have someone in your corner as you heal and grow.

It’s an honor to walk alongside people in their journey. When faith is important to my clients, I’m happy to include it in therapy in a way that feels meaningful to them. I believe faith can be a powerful source of hope, strength, purpose, and healing as we move toward greater wholeness.  I look forward to connecting!

  • Helping children heal through play, connection, and creativity. I believe children communicate best through play. While adults often process experiences through conversation, children naturally express their thoughts, emotions, and experiences through the language of play. My goal is to create a safe, accepting environment where children feel seen, understood, and empowered to work through life's challenges.

My primary approach is Experiential Play Therapy, which allows children to explore emotions, build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and develop confidence in ways that are meaningful and developmentally appropriate. Through carefully selected play experiences, creative activities, and therapeutic relationship building, I help children process difficult experiences while discovering their own strengths and resilience.

I work with children experiencing anxiety, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, life transitions, grief, low self-esteem, ADHD, and family or school-related concerns. I also partner closely with parents and caregivers, recognizing that lasting change happens when families are equipped with practical tools and a deeper understanding of their child's emotional world.

My therapeutic style is warm, playful, and compassionate while providing guidance. I strive to meet each child where they are, honoring their unique personality, strengths, and pace of growth. My goal is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help children build emotional resilience, healthy relationships, and confidence that extends well beyond the therapy room.

I consider it a privilege to walk alongside children and families as they grow, heal, and discover hope together.
